Last of the Mohicans

Everyone knows the Ford Model T as the first car that was produced on an assembly line. From 1908 to 1927 more than fifteen million of these cars were sold.
Everyone also remembers the statement by Henry Ford, in his autobiography of 1923 that, “Any customer can have a car painted any colour he wants, so long as it is black.”

But few people know that the last Model T Fords also came in a deep green colour, with matching upholstery.
On behalf of a customer one of the last Model T Fords with a green body and its beautiful interior was restored to as new condition in the workshops of Bart Holland: the last of the Mohicans …
